Florida Indivisibles have been hard at work trying to protect Amendment 4, the ballot initiative that passed with 65% of the vote to restore voting rights to 1.5 million returning citizens. The legislature is continuing to push HB 7089 and SB 7086, which would undermine Amendment 4 by either expanding the crimes that are exempt from Amendment 4 or imposing financial barriers to re-enfranchisement.
