Rezoning three parcels currently zoned on W. Castillo Dr. from Historic Preservation 5 (HP-5) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a hotel parking lot continues a dangerous trend in the city’s HP districts and unravels the protections city leaders put in place over forty years ago for critical areas of the city.

June 12, 2017, 6:00pm:  “Planning meeting for Demonstrations and Advocacy at local Commission meetings” - 11 Pine Street, St. Augustine.   For those interested in attending the meeting, please email Pam Linder at linderpj@yahoo.com

Simple possession of Cannabis is a misdemeanor in FL. This translates to $288 fine, a day in court, and a criminal record, and lawyer fees. If the city and county make it a simple civil citation with a $100 fine, the person will not have a criminal record. We can make this happen.
