Discussion of issues regarding local legislation for the 2019 Legislative Session will be held at this time. St. Johns County Delegation meetings are open to the public. There will be execution vigils for Jose Jimenez and his family members, his victims and their family members,for our society, which continues to impose violence in return for violence, and for an end to the use of the death penalty at the following locations and times:
