So here we are yesterday before we ventured out into Precinct 502 to talk to our registered Democratic neighbors! Gubernatorial candidate Chris King stopped by to thank us for our work in getting out the vote in St Johns County. We signed up 77 new vote by mail voters and considered the day a great success!. Thanks to everyone who turned out. Gary Farris hosted us with pizza and cold drinks and we were treated to Blue Tsunamis (TM) when we returned with our results.
This is definitely something you should try at least once. The energy is high and the people are great. A good way to spend a few hours with fun people and it's easy. Check the Blue Wave Coalition's website or our weekly newsletter for more of these opportunities. Every vote counts!
