ACTION: House Bill 3 has been scheduled for a hearing tomorrow morning in the State Affairs Committee.

This dangerous bill is a sweeping measure that jeopardizes every local LGBTQ rights law in Florida and could rollback over two decades of progress. HB 3 threatens to undermine existing local LGBTQ non-discrimination ordinances currently covering 13 million Floridians, 20 conversion therapy bans, and equal benefits policies across Florida. In doing so, it also puts our state economy at risk.

    And use Resistbot which allows state contacts now. You have to do both your Senator and Rep but it’s worth writing to both on this horrible bill.
