Calling all Indivisibles! There are many opportunities to turn out the vote. It's only a couple hours. You can do it from home.

Indivisible St Johns is a partner with Blue Wave along with 9 other local progressive and Democratic groups. We've made remarkable progress in signing up Dems to vote by mail! Now that it's so hot, we're opting for GOTV phonebanking. Link to sign up is below, training on 8/5, 5-7PM. Get a phone list and do it from the comfort of your home. Everyone is needed to turn out the vote in the primaries!

The Blue Wave Coalition of St. Johns County FL brings together 10 progressive and democratic organizations with the single purpose of electing principled leaders that reflect our values. Supported by volunteers and a highly skilled field team, we aim to eventually turn our county blue by implementing an evidence-based strategic plan. We invite you to be part of this bold effort by phoning or visiting other registered Democrats, hosting events, donating to defray the cost of materials, or providing administrative support. This newsletter describes such opportunities for the month of August. As your coalition chair, my virtual door is always open. Please feel free to contact me via email and/or join us on Facebook at Blue Wave Coalition of St. Johns County.

BLUE WAVE COALITION EVENTS

August is Primary month! Relative to prior months, we'll slow down a bit on visiting Democrats (canvassing), which will allow us to focus on calling voters to ensure they cast their ballots in the Primary. There are some races we can win without even going to the General Election if we get a high enough turnout. Canvassing for Vote-by-Mail will pick up again in September. Other key August events include a BWC meeting open to everyone who has or would like to be part of or support our work, as well as two great parties:  the Blue Wave Beach Bash and an Election Watch Party!  Links to sign up for these and other events below.
