5:00 PM
- 6:00 PM: Reception with refreshments provided by Rype
& Readi Market
6:00 – 9:00 PM: Panel Discussion with
audience participation. Environmental
Topics include: Offshore Drilling and Seismic Blasting, Climate Change and
Sea Level Rise, Environmental Matters in the Legislature, Fighting Fracking,
Beach Renourishment, and Moving Towards Sustainability.
Saturday,
April 22
9:00 –
10:00 AM: Family-Friendly March for Science Through
Lincolnville, starting and ending at
the Willie Galimore Center in sympathy with the March for Science taking
place in Washington, DC on the same day.
10:00 AM
– 4:00 PM: On the green grounds
of the Galimore Center, there will be Family-Friendly Entertainment,
Environmental Activities, Product and Informational Vendors, Face Painting,
Food and Drinks.
