 JUNE 20th

The community of west St Augustine is our most heavily Democratic area in St Johns County and they need our help!  With support from Feeding NE Florida, we will be providing food for 250 needy families at this drive-through event, while offering them the opportunity to register to vote and sign up for Vote-by-Mail.  Will be held outdoors in a parking lot.  Residents will drive up to collect their food boxes and masked volunteers will offer them a clipboard to sign up for Vote-by-Mail and/or register to vote.  We'll do our utmost to practice social distancing; hand sanitizer available.
Even is being coordinated by Blue Wave Coalition, St. Paul AME Church in St. Augustine, the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, Indivisible St Johns, and Organizing Together.  We need volunteers.  Please sign up today, HERE.

The SJC Democratic Women's Club, at its meeting of June 10, hosted Sarah Gledhill, of the Center for Biological Diversity, speaking on the No Roads to Ruin Campaign.

The goal is to stop the toll roads process in its tracks -- it will destroy wildlife, agricultural land, increases taxes and bring about imminent domain cases.
YOU can get engaged!

And don't forget . . .
To send letters to dubious voters--it does make a difference as to if they vote--a little difference can make a big difference in this election!  Including Sierra Club, your editor has to date done 50!
