IMPORTANT TO TALK TO YOUR STATE REPS
ANNUAL SJC COUNTY DELEGATION!
The St. Johns County delegation will be held on November 22 from 8:30-11:30. Travis Hutson, Paul Renner and Cyndi Stevenson all want to hear from you! But here is the catch - you need to fill out this form and send it into curbow.danielle@flsenate.gov in order to secure your speaking time on the agenda. Does the growth in the county concern you? Speak up! Do all the preemption laws barring our local government from taking action on plastic bags and styrofoam annoy you? Speak up! Do you want to see less road building and more transit? Speak up! Better funding for our libraries? Speak up! You think that teacher pay raise that DeSantis is proposing is a good idea? Speak up before the legislature kills it! Do you like incentives to keep our farmers working their land instead of selling out to developers? Then advocate for Florida Forever funding! Get engaged!

AT ALL LEVELS TO COMMIT TO REJECTING
FOREIGN MONEY IN OUR ELECTIONS.
DEMCASTUSA WILL PUBLISH THE CANDIDATES WHO SIGN!
Background
DemCast USA and grassroots partners have created the Pledge to Defend American Sovereignty because we want our politicians to overtly state that they will refuse and rebuke foreign support/interference in US elections, including monetary or in-kind support, campaign coordination, and digital/social media interference.
Apparently, given current circumstances, we have to ask for this...though we shouldn't have to. We need to know who will sign this pledge. And - almost more importantly - who won't.
Why Should You Sign This Petition?
We need to draw a line in the sand, and let our politicians know that we need them to pick a side on foreign interference in our elections.
All signatures gathered, along with all verbatim comments, will be shared with appropriate Congressional delegations (based on signers' zip codes) by November 30th, 2019. With a groundswell of energy, we can pressure our officials to sign this pledge.
Those politicians who do agree to take the pledge will be listed on DemCastUSA.com, where we can track who has proactively agreed to the simple but incredibly important terms of the Pledge.
We hope that all politicians - on both sides of the aisle - agree to defend our sovereignty.
